Once you’ve selected your package, reach out to us to start the booking process. You can contact us via:

Provide Trekker Details.

To proceed with your booking, we will require some basic information for each participant:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Nationality
  • Passport number
  • Age

Alternatively, you may simply send us a clear photo of your passport for convenience.

Pay the Deposit.

To secure your seat and reserve your Rinjani trekking permit, a deposit of USD $50 per person is required.

Why a deposit?
The deposit ensures:

  • Your trekking permit is officially reserved
  • Your seat is secured for your selected date
  • Pre-trek arrangements are initiated, including:
    • Pickup scheduling
    • Food and logistic preparation
    • Team coordination
    • And more

Receive Your Booking Confirmation File.

Once we’ve received your passport details and deposit, we will issue a Booking Confirmation File within 1 x 24 hours (max 1 business days).

This file serves as:

  • Official confirmation of your trek
  • A summary of your personal data and chosen trekking program
  • A reference document to verify and correct any information before your trip

Please review it carefully. If anything is incorrect, simply let us know—we’ll fix it immediately.
