Here’s how cancellations and refunds work
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure receive a full refund (minus bank fees). Cancellations within 7–14 days are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date. In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster), we offer full rescheduling or credit for future travel.

Day-01
Getting There & Settling In
We pick you up, you land in Senaru, meet your guide, chill at your lodge, enjoy the view, and prep for tomorrow. Easy.
Day-02
Into the Forest & Up to the Crater Rim
Breakfast, register, and off we go through the tropical forest. Tea break, lunch stop, and then climb up to Senaru Crater Rim. The sunset up there? Insane. Camp here.
Day-03
Lake Life & Hot Springs
Sunrise, breakfast, and then hike down to the lake. Swim, soak in hot springs, have lunch, then hike back up to the rim. Sunset #2 from the same epic spot. Camp again.
Day-04
Back to Reality
Last sunrise, breakfast, and a steady hike back to Senaru through the rainforest. If you’re lucky, you might spot a rare black monkey. We’ll drop you off wherever you need to go next.
