Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure receive a full refund (minus bank fees). Cancellations within 7–14 days are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date. In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster), we offer full rescheduling or credit for future travel.

Day-01
Arrival Day
- We’ll pick you up from the port, airport, or your accommodation (Lombok Area).
- Then, head to Senaru to get comfortable and meet your guide for a quick Q&A—feel free to ask anything about your tour program.
Day-02
The Climb Begins
- 6:00 AM – Breakfast. Fuel up for the day.
- 7:30 AM – Drive to Sembalun. Register and begin the hike.
- Pass through Post 1, 2, and 3. Lunch break at around 1800 meters.
- Afternoon: Steep climb to the Crater Rim Sembalun.
- Enjoy sunset, dinner, and a night sleeping above the clouds.
Day-03
Summit
- 2:00 AM – Wake up and enjoy a warm drink.
- 3:00 AM – Begin the summit climb under a starry sky.
- 6:00 AM – Reach the top of Indonesia’s second-highest volcano. Take in the view.
- 8:00 AM – Return to camp for breakfast.
- 9:30 AM – Begin the descent to Sembalun.
- 3:00 PM – Arrive back in Senaru and continue on to your next destination.
