Here’s how cancellations and refunds work
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure receive a full refund (minus bank fees). Cancellations within 7–14 days are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date. In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster), we offer full rescheduling or credit for future travel.

Day-01
Arrival Day:
- Pick-up from Lombok port/airport and transfer to your accommodation in Senaru
- Meet & Greet with your Go2Rinjani guide for a pre-trek briefing
Day-02
Trekking Day 1:
- 6:00 AM: Breakfast
- 7:30 AM: Drive to Sembalun National Park Office (1100m)
- Start hiking from Bawak Nao Sembalun
- Trek through POS 1, POS 2 (lunch), POS 3, to Sembalun Crater Rim
- Tent stay at Sembalun Crater Rim
Day-03
Trekking Day 2:
- 2:00 AM: Climb to Summit (3726 MASL)
- Return to Sembalun Rim, breakfast
- Hike down to Segara Anak lake
- Lunch, hot spring bathing, and optional fishing
- Overnight camping at the lake
Day-04
Trekking Day 3:
- Breakfast, pack up
- Trek through Torean Route – explore Milk Cave (Goa Susu), Goa Urip, and waterfalls
- Enjoy “Jurassic Park” scenery
- Lunch in tropical forest (Birisan Nangka)
- Continue descent to Torean village
