Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure receive a full refund (minus bank fees). Cancellations within 7–14 days are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date. In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster), we offer full rescheduling or credit for future travel.

Arrival Day

Sembalun to Crater Rim
- 6:00 AM Breakfast & transport to National Park office (1100m)
- Begin trek through meadow to Post 1, then continue to Post 3 (1800m)
- Lunch at Post 3, then 3-hour steep climb to Sembalun Crater Rim (2639m)
- Set up camp & dinner with sunset and milky way views
Day-03
Summit Ascent
- 2:00 AM Wake-up and light breakfast
- 3:00 AM Begin summit trek – steep scree climb under starlight

- Return to Crater Rim camp for breakfast

Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, all trekkers are required to have valid travel insurance that covers hiking above 3,000m.
