Mount Stampol Trek — Lombok's Best Alternative to Rinjani
When Mount Rinjani is closed for the season or fully booked on your dates, Mount Stampol delivers — a 2-day crater rim trek on the outer slopes of Rinjani National Park, with panoramic views of Rinjani's caldera, Segara Anak lake, and Mount Agung in Bali.

Still on the Rinjani Slopes — Without the Crowds
Standing at 2,608 m on the northern outer slopes of Mount Rinjani National Park, Mount Stampol is one of Lombok's most rewarding hidden treks. The trail winds through coffee, clove, and vanilla plantations before entering untouched rainforest — arriving at a quiet crater rim campsite with unobstructed views of Rinjani's massive caldera. Go2Rinjani is your certified local guide for every step of the journey.
